Adding a frame from PSP

Doing it this way gives you 2 overlays to use  for other enhancements
and also give you a smaller footprint.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
First we start with the graphic we are going to use
Lighthouse.jpg ~ Width 416 px  Height 249 px

 
Then we take it to PSP and add the frame we want to use.

 

Then we cut off the pieces using  Hypersnap DX-5  IMHO the best Screen
Capture program I ever came across (1995). Menu remarks done in it too
